UN Defines Genocide - Native Indian's Fit the Bill

I. Killing members of the group;

III. Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

1. There were 60 million buffalo at one time and they were systematically exterminated over a period of decades. Lots of gory photos on this.
2. Lack of lead and asbestos remediation in tribal buildings and housing.
3. Recklessly poor and inadequate housing.
4. Allotment and Dawes Acts cutting up the land and deliberating breaking up successful cattle operations of the tribes.

IV. Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
